1. General Regulations

Wine a’More Ltd. reserves the right to amend the existing data protection regulations in strict accordance with prevailing legal norms at any time.

This Data Protection Regulations & Data Sheet is based on Regulation (EU) No 2016/67 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Regulation (EC) No 95/46 / and is available on this link:

2. Information Obligation acc. to Art. 12-14 EU-GDPR (EU-DSGVO)

We are pleased to provide you with all information on the type, purpose and scope of the processing activities of your personal data.

Wine a'More Ltd., (hence the Controller) as owner of the site www.wineamore.hu, attaches great importance to the protection of personal data and takes all measures to ensure the security of the data guarantees.

2.2. Purposes of Processing

Any information sent via email or any form on the website will be used only and exclusively for the given request. Depending on the participant status and the bookings of the data subject, the data are processed for one or more of the purposes listed below.

Personal Data

Your voluntarily transmitted personal details (email, through submission in the online forms, by phone or mail, respectively sent by you) will be collected, saved and processed in accordance with the most recent legislation on data protection (EU-GDPR 2018).

Any bookings via www.wineamore.hu or email to Wine a’More Travel Ltd. can only be carried out by collecting, saving and processing your personal data. This is solely for the purpose of organising and realising the event. Your data will only be passed on to third parties who are directly involved in running the event and if the organisational process makes it necessary – in accordance with your bookings (accommodations, transport companies, travel insurance, restaurants, etc.).

Photos/Films

By signing this document, you are granting Wine a'More Ltd permission to take photos and videos about you. Wine a'More Ltd. uses these only and exclusively for its own marketing purposes, event reporting, and other offers for an indefinite period of time. We only display photos and videos in our materials that do not violate your privacy. If you do not want to get photos or movies of you, you can contact us at any time: wineamore@wineamore.hu.

Wine a’More Ltd is not responsible for the data you provide on other websites. Out partner companies are also bound to act according to EU-GDPR, the implementation however rests with each company individually. Our data protection guidelines are solely applicable to data controlled by us.

Processing Purpose Data Categories

Similarly to all web-sites, www.wineamore.hu uses log files in which information is automatically collected and preserved during the Users’ visits. The collection information regards the following:

• internet protocol address (IP);

• type of browser and parameters used to create connection to the Site;

• name of the internet service provider (ISP);

• date and time of the visit;

• web-page of provenance (referral) and destination after exit by the User;

• number of clicks, where applicable.

This information is processed automatically, and collected exclusively in an aggregated way in order to monitor the correct functioning of the Site.

2.3. Legal Basis for the data processing purposes

2.4. Third Party Data Recipients – Categories

The recipients only receive the data they require, not your full data record. Your data will only be forwarded if the organisational process makes it necessary – in accordance with your bookings – and if a legal basis exists. For example: The data of Travel Bookings, Additional Bookings, such as: name, contact person, your travel information, accommodation, length of stay, dietry, special diet... to our service providers, fulfilment agents, to all responsible authorities.

Third parties will not disclose any information given for the Newsletter, under any circumstances.

2.5. Transfer to Third Country

Due to the EU Regulation on GDPR, the transfer of data to third countries is necessary for the performance of a contract/business relation between the data subject and the controller. Only data that is actually required for the specified purpose, may be collected and processed.

2.6. Data Storage Period

Credit card details and other sensitive data (for example: special nutritional requirements), which are collected with the consent of the data subject, will be irrecoverably deleted within 72 hours after the end of the tour. All other data are stored for 8 years, to meet the retention period according to the Hungarian Value Added Tax Act 2000. C. 169. § (2). and will be destroyed at the end of the 8th year. 

Data provided for Newsletter: You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time, if you do not wish to receive them later. You can do this either with the link in the newsletter or by sending a request to wineamore@wineamore.hu In this case, all data received from the newsletter database will be deleted within 72 hours after the request.

Data provided for offers: We use your data provided for offers, only and exclusively for the given request and after expiry will be destroyed.

Data provided for order or booking: Credit card details and other sensitive data (for example: special nutritional requirements), which are collected with the consent of the data subject, will be irrecoverably deleted within 72 hours after the end of the tour. All other data are stored for 8 years, to meet the retention period according to the Hungarian Value Added Tax Act 2000. C. 169. § (2). and will be destroyed at the end of the 8th year. 

Notwithstanding the above, Wine a’More Ltd may conserve some personal data of Users also after the request for termination of processing, exclusively for the scope of defending or safeguarding its rights, or in those cased as defined by law or by order of a judicial or government authority.

3. Data Subject Rights

We hereby inform you about your rights according to EU-GDPR:

3.1. Data Subject Rights acc. to Art. 15-21 EU-GDPR:

• Right of access by the data subject

• Right to rectification

• Right to erasure ‘right to be forgotten’

• Right to restriction of processing

• Right to data portability

• Right to object (in case of legitimate interest of the controller)

3.2. Right to withdraw consent acc. to Art. 7 EU-GDPR

Depending on your participant status, we kindly ask you for different declarations of consent. These are queried within the online forms or directly inquired from the affected person/group coordinator/company representative. The declarations of consent are not compulsory according to the EU GDPR. Each data subject has the right to withdraw his/her given consent(s) at any time. The withdrawal of the consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out based on the declaration of consent until the withdrawal.

3.3. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority acc. to Art. 77 EU-DSGVO

Every data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, if the data subject considers that the processing of personal data relating to him/her infringes to the EU-GDPR.

4.1. Advertising/Marketing

Processing data of the data subject to inform him/her about the above-mentioned event, as well as future and topic-related events.

5. Privacy Policy for the use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer to help the website analyse how visitors use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. 6. Data Privacy for the use of social networks

6.1. Facebook (Like Button)

On our websites plug-ins of the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue,Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA are integrated.
